The Release of Our 2024 Impact Report
As part of the John Good Group, we are pleased to present the Impact Report 2024. This year’s report highlights how we continue to build on our purpose-driven approach and balance People, Planet and Performance in everything we do.
People
We celebrated the progress made across our teams, from wellbeing initiatives and leadership training to volunteering and personal development. The Matthew Good Foundation also passed a milestone of £1.5m in donations since launch, supporting communities and causes across the UK.
Planet
The report includes transparent carbon reporting with a like-for-like comparison between 2023 and 2024. We also highlight our investment in sustainable buildings, including the new Head Office and the TEPS warehouse expansion, which were designed to reduce environmental impact and improve energy performance.
Performance
We continued to grow as a group while upholding responsible governance, strong values and our long-standing family business ethos. This balance of commercial performance and purpose remains central to how we operate.
Our purpose remains clear: supporting people, protecting the planet and performing sustainably for the long term.
