Shipping & Delivery Policy

We are confident that we hold more stock that any other specialist padlock retailer in the UK which enables us to get your padlocks out for next day delivery on 99% of orders, even on bulk orders exceeding 1000 units.

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is available on all orders under £25, at a flat rate of £4. Orders over £25 qualify for free next working day delivery as standard.

Delivery Options & Charges

For orders under £25, the following services are available: Standard Delivery at £4, Next Working Day at £8, Next Working Day Before 12pm at £13, Two Day Delivery at £18, and Saturday Delivery at £25.

For orders of £25 and over, Next Working Day delivery is free. Timed and weekend services are available at a surcharge: Next Working Day Before 12pm costs an additional £5, Two Day Delivery costs an additional £10, and Saturday Delivery costs an additional £15.

Order Cut-Off Times

Orders must be placed before 2pm to qualify for next working day or timed delivery services. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be processed the following working day.

Working Days

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.

Tracking

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our warehouse.

Failed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive your order, our courier will leave a card with instructions for rescheduling or collecting your parcel.
