• You need to order more products that we currently hold in stock at our 24 hour website delivery warehouse
• A product is out of stock for 24 hour delivery but you would like to order anyway
• You need a product which is not listed on the site

If you decide to go ahead with a special order after we contact you, it can take up to 3 working days to deliver due to the movement of stock between our warehouses.
