The ABUS 83 Series Rock Padlock is one of Europe's most respected high-security padlocks, manufactured in Germany using premium-grade hardened steel. Part of ABUS's renowned Rock range, it is widely regarded as the strongest and most reliable padlock available in the CEN Grade 4 category.

Both the body and the 11mm shackle are made from high-grade, hardened steel, which helps prevent the common issues of cheaper steel, such as brittleness or softness. The double ball-bearing locking system ensures that even if the shackle is cut once, the lock will still not release, adding an essential layer of physical security.

This model is also available with ABUS's Key It Twice system, allowing you to issue a secondary set of keys that can permanently disable the original set, ideal for staff changes or compromised keys.

The ABUS Rock is one of the few padlocks to achieve both CEN 4 certification and a Sold Secure Silver rating, making it suitable for commercial, industrial and insurance-required applications.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
