Shipping policy

We are confident that we hold more stock that any other specialist padlock retailer in the UK which enables us to get your padlocks out for next day delivery on 99% of orders, even on bulk orders exceeding 1000 units.

When making a purchase you will have two options at the basket. Courier and Royal Mail. Royal Mail options will appear for orders weighing up to 1.25kg. Anything over this amount must be sent by Courier since Royal Mail is then more expensive than the next day delivery option.

Free Delivery

We offer free next day delivery on all orders over £150 to mainland UK addresses. Orders below this value will be charged at the standard rates shown below.

Courier - Next Day Delivery

Our primary carrier is DPD. They collect from our warehouse daily at 3pm. We therefore promise to deliver all orders made before 2pm, where the courier option is selected, except at weekends. Therefore, if you order on a Thursday afternoon after 2pm or Friday, it will be delivered on the following Monday.

Once the parcel leaves us, it will be checked into the DPD system, and you will receive an email with an approximate delivery time and the driver's name. In most cases, orders are delivered in the morning, but they can be delivered right up until 5pm. The tracking link you receive by email will show you proof of delivery (POD) for up to 1 year.

Royal Mail

Our Royal Mail option lets you save on delivery charges, but it is not guaranteed for next-day delivery. However, the first-class service is usually exceptional, and they often deliver the next day, sometimes even before the courier service! Please note that the service is not tracked, and a POD will not be provided.
