2.1 Faulty merchandise
On delivery if a fault is discovered in a finished product and this is not due to the way the product has been handled, stored, or displayed by the customer, a replacement product will be exchanged for the faulty product. Claims for damages or shortages must be submitted using our returns policy within 7 working days of receipt of the goods to arrange a replacement; otherwise we have the right to refuse replacement of the goods.
1) Most padlocks are designed for many years use. High security padlocks can last in excess of 10 years. Due to frequency and conditions of use many retailers and manufacturers do not guarantee their products. At Nothing But, we personally guarantee all items up to 1 year, though most padlocks are built to last much longer. If a fault occurs within 1 year of purchase please follow our returns policy for a replacement as detailed in 2.3. The guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. Nothing But guarantees do not cover products that suffer corrosion, force attacks, vandalism or mis-use by the customer. It is the customers responsibility to purchase a product fit for purpose.
2) Nothing But Padlocks is a supplier of padlocks and not a manufacturer. As a result we are not liable or bound to supply a product on a continuing basis. We are only able to supply what is available from the manufacturers and therefore in the case of products being low of stock, discontinued, changed in specification or faulty and we can only do our best to offer a suitable alternative or solution. Genuine inability to supply is not a valid reason to cancel or demand a refund on previous purchases.
3) Nothing But Padlocks does not offer product liability insurance with a sale. We retail products from external manufactures and cannot be held liable for security breaches, injures or delays resulting as a consequence of a product sold by us.
In line with UK statutory rights products sold via the website can be returned within 7 working days of date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

4) The refund will be made back to the original payment method and only once the item has been received at our Nothing But Padlocks, 9-15 Grundy St, Liverpool, L5 9SG. Any further orders will have to be made as a new order.
Faulty products or products that have developed a fault within 1 year of purchase are subject to the following conditions:

2) As part of our Environmental Policy, for orders weighing less than 1.5kg we require the customer to return the goods by Royal Mail 1st class or Standard Parcels.
